We acted for Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia in leading ReN3’s US$5 million seed funding round to scale its enterprise agentic AI platform across the region. We also acted for SPUN Global in its US$1.8 million seed funding round led by Genesia Ventures, with participation from Antler and other investors, supporting SPUN’s expansion of AI-enabled visa infrastructure across Southeast Asia. Both transactions were led by Valmiki Nair.
