We welcome Mr Navin Thevar, who brings with him a depth of knowledge as a respected white-collar crime, securities and regulatory legal specialist. A former Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Attorney-General’s Chambers, Navin has worked on some of Singapore’s most notable white-collar crime cases in recent years.
We’re also pleased to announce Mr Valmiki Nair as the head of our firm’s corporate practice. Formerly the co-head of a highly-acclaimed venture capital practice at a global firm, Valmiki brings a wealth of experience in venture capital, M&A, restructuring, commercial and employment matters.
